jlbd Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the jlbd platform available at jlbd.io, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Member" or "User") and jlbd (the "Company", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). Your continued use of any jlbd service — including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, or any promotional facility — constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these Terms.

jlbd reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. Members are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

Membership of jlbd is open to individuals who meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age. jlbd strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 21. Age verification may be requested at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory proof of age will result in account suspension.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate accounts and accounts created on behalf of a third party are not permitted without express written authorisation from jlbd.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jlbd or had your account closed by jlbd for a breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any person employed by jlbd or any of its affiliated third-party game or software providers.
• You are not subject to any legal restriction that would prohibit your participation in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) account only on the jlbd platform. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. jlbd may require you to submit identity verification documents (including but not limited to a national ID card, passport, or utility bill) at any stage of the membership lifecycle. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlbd account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not disclose these credentials to any third party under any circumstances.

jlbd will never contact you to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from jlbd that solicits your login credentials should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately at support@jlbd.io.

You must notify jlbd immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. jlbd will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, provided that jlbd has not been negligent in the storage or handling of those credentials on its systems.

jlbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, including but not limited to fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, bonus abuse, or collusion. In such cases, jlbd will notify the account holder where legally permissible to do so.

jlbd supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by members based in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and select Visa and Mastercard debit instruments where enabled. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, symbol ৳).

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash or Nagad are typically credited to the jlbd account within thirty (30) seconds of confirmation from the mobile financial service provider. jlbd is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing systems.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000 per transaction.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, unless jlbd's compliance team has approved an alternative arrangement in writing.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to three (3) hours for verified accounts. VIP account holders may be eligible for expedited processing under the terms of the jlbd VIP Programme.
• jlbd reserves the right to request identity verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of the Member's account history or verification status at time of deposit.
• Any bonus funds present in your account at the time of a withdrawal request must have met the applicable wagering requirement before they can be included in a withdrawal. Refer to Section 5 for full bonus terms.

jlbd does not charge Members any fee for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, which are outside jlbd's control. Please consult your bKash, Nagad, or bank provider for details of any applicable fees on their end.

jlbd offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Members from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL season, Eid, Independence Day, and Victory Day, and loyalty rewards under the jlbd VIP Programme.

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless the specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the default wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to verified Members aged 21 and above only. One bonus per household, per device, and per payment method applies unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Expiry: Bonus funds that are not used within the stated validity period — typically seven (7) calendar days from the date of issuance — will be automatically removed from the Member's account without compensation.
• Game Restrictions: Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements or may be excluded entirely from wagering with bonus funds. The contribution schedule for each game category will be published on the promotions page.
• Abuse: jlbd reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe the bonus was claimed through fraudulent means, multiple accounts, or systematic exploitation of promotional terms.

jlbd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to the terms of an active promotion will not affect bonus funds already credited to a Member's account prior to the change, provided wagering has commenced in good faith.

All sports bets placed on jlbd are governed by the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published separately on the relevant sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is not accepted until the jlbd system has confirmed it and issued a unique bet reference number. Displaying a bet slip prior to confirmation does not constitute acceptance.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to your bet. jlbd reserves the right to correct any odds offered in error, including after acceptance, and to void bets placed at manifestly incorrect odds.
• Minimum & Maximum Stakes: The minimum stake per bet is ৳50. Maximum stake limits vary by sport, market, and event tier, and are displayed at the point of bet placement. jlbd reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Member's account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed immediately before a suspension may be voided if jlbd determines that a material event (such as a wicket, goal, or red card) occurred between the time of bet placement and the time of market suspension.
• Event Cancellations: If an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned prior to a result being determined, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned, unless the specific market rules state otherwise (e.g., markets settled on the basis of results achieved prior to abandonment).
• Cricket Specifics: For BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures, a minimum of the number of overs specified in the relevant market rules must be completed for bets to stand. Full market-specific rules are published on the Cricket section of the platform.

All casino games available on jlbd — including live dealer tables from Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live, as well as slots and instant games from Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and other certified providers — are governed by the individual game rules published within each game's interface and by the rules stipulated by the respective game provider.

All games on the jlbd platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for RNG-based games, and real-time physical dealing for live dealer games. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and table games are available on request from support@jlbd.io.

In the event of a disconnection during a game session:

• For RNG-based games: any round in progress at the time of disconnection will be completed automatically by the system based on the game's logic, and the result recorded accordingly.
• For live dealer games: the provider's own disconnection policy applies. jlbd will endeavour to ensure that any funds affected by a technical disconnection are credited correctly, but the provider's recorded result is considered final.

jlbd does not accept liability for losses arising from a Member's failure to understand game rules prior to play. It is the Member's responsibility to review the rules of any game before wagering real funds.

jlbd is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all its Members. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above, and gambling on jlbd is intended as a form of entertainment only — not as a means of generating income or recovering financial losses.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to every jlbd Member directly from their account dashboard at no cost and without requiring contact with the support team:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold for a defined period, after which further play is automatically restricted.

• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily pause your account for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to six months.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jlbd platform. Violation of any item in this section may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or exploit promotional offers.
• Colluding with other Members to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on information obtained through corrupt or illegal means.
• Creating multiple accounts for any purpose, including to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software. Any such discovery must be reported immediately to support@jlbd.io; exploitation for financial gain is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Using the platform in a manner that constitutes or facilitates money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geo-restrictions or to misrepresent your location.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or discriminatory conduct toward jlbd staff or other Members through any communication channel.

All content on the jlbd platform — including but not limited to the jlbd brand name, logo, website design, software interface, game assets, promotional graphics, written content, and any other creative or technical material — is the exclusive intellectual property of jlbd or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the jlbd platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the jlbd platform or its content.

All third-party game provider trademarks — including those of Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi — remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on the jlbd platform does not imply any affiliation beyond the commercial licensing arrangements under which those games are made available.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jlbd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, even if jlbd has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

jlbd's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jlbd's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jlbd collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at jlbd.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in full.

The personal data collected during registration and throughout your membership — including name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is processed for the purposes of account management, identity verification, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and the provision of personalised services. jlbd does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

All personal data held by jlbd is stored using industry-standard encryption. jlbd implements technical and organisational security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the data processed, including SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit and encrypted storage for data at rest.

jlbd reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason. Amendments will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Where amendments are material, jlbd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to active Members via email or in-platform notification, although this does not constitute a contractual obligation.

Your continued use of the jlbd platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and cease using the platform. Outstanding verified withdrawal requests at the time of closure will be processed under the Terms in effect at the time the withdrawal was requested.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between the English language version of these Terms and any translation or alternative language rendering, the English language version shall prevail in all respects.

All formal communications between jlbd and its Members — including account notices, verification requests, dispute correspondence, and legal notices — shall be conducted in English unless jlbd expressly agrees in writing to communicate in another language for a specific purpose.
